Role & responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-level technical instruction and practical laboratory sessions tailored for higher education engineering, technology, and management programs across Computer Science, Information Technology, AI & DS, AI & ML, Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Mechanical, Civil, MCA, MBA, and M.Com disciplines. Coordinate departmental curricula, technical workshops, laboratories, professional symposia, and institutional events in collaboration with department heads and academic administration. Monitor student progress, evaluate technical projects, and maintain accurate records of academic and practical performance aligned with university standards. Create a rigorous, innovative,



and industry-aligned learning environment that bridges theoretical foundations with cutting-edge technological advancements and business practices. Guide and mentor students in advanced technical projects, research publications, coding challenges, and corporate career readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of a Master's degree or Ph.D. in relevant specializations including Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management (MBA), Computer Applications (MCA), or Commerce (M.Com). Proven prior experience teaching undergraduate or postgraduate students in reputed multi-disciplinary engineering, arts, science, and business colleges. Strong technical expertise in modern tools, programming languages, core engineering practices, or management methodologies relevant to the respective discipline. Passionate about outcome-based education, continuous research, and fostering critical problem-solving skills in students. Highly organized with a proven capability to manage academic delivery alongside institutional coordination responsibilities.
