Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Psychologist & Outreach Associate to support mental health services through helpline operations, counselling support, outreach initiatives, content development, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, client-centricity, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological support and counselling through helpline calls, live chat, and client interactions.
- Help clients identify goals and develop short-term therapeutic and developmental strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, reviews,
and client care coordination.
- Maintain confidential client records, call documentation, and demographic data.
- Develop and contribute content for workshops, websites, social media, and awareness initiatives.
- Write articles and coordinate with media for mental health awareness content.
- Supervise interns and support their learning and project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and engage with the medical and mental health community to strengthen outreach and referrals.
- Provide face-to-face counselling support for corporate clients when required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of helpline/chat platforms and related systems.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with sensitivity
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts
- Comfortable working 5 days a week with rotational offs
