Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and execute projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Robust analytical and decision-making skills.
