Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production operations on the shop floor, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.

- Implement rejection control measures to minimize waste and optimize productivity.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of production records, including inventory management and reporting.

- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to raw materials supply chain disruptions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in rice processing industry as a supervisor or manager.

- Robust skills in manpower handling, production supervising, rejection control, shop floor management, and maintaining production records.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
