- Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine setup, tool loading, and workpiece clamping.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
- Monitor machining operations and make minor offset adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
- Replace worn or damaged cutting tools as required.
