Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production operations and manufacturing schedules.
- Oversee fabrication, roll forming, punching, cutting, assembly, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Optimize machine utilization, manpower productivity, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Implement quality control and safety practices across the manufacturing facility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in solar structure or related industry (manufacturing).
- Proven track record of successful project management experience in a similar role.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Energy and Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
- Solid understanding of production management principles, including productivity improvement initiatives.
