We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager with 5-10 years of experience in Solar Ground Mounted projects to join our team in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site execution, project management, testing, commissioning, reporting, and quality.
Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee the construction process to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage site operations, including planning, coordination, and supervision of staff and contractors.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for solar ground mounted projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
