Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. The recruiter should have experience hiring for various IT roles and possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment process for IT positions, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified IT professionals.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening





- Source candidates through job portals, qualified networks, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

Interview Coordination

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with interview panels and hiring managers for timely feedback.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Role & responsibilities
