Project description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in credit risk, securitization, treasury, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks. The role involves working across complex data and system landscapes to support risk assessment, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and strategic decisionmaking. You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring accurate data interpretation, functional clarity, and successful delivery across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

- Perform credit risk analysis, including assessment and interpretation of PD, LGD, and EAD models, and support credit risk mitigation techniques.
- Support and analyze securitization transactions, including understanding of their economic models and risk implications.
- Ensure compliance and alignment with Basel III and relevant US/European regulations governing securitization and capital adequacy.
- Apply solid understanding of IFRS9, including fair valuation of assets and business model test.
- Work closely with Treasury functions, supporting treasury products, balance sheet management, and funding activities.
- Analyze capital market products and manage their endtoend accounting lifecycle.
- Participate actively in the SDLC, including: Requirements gathering and elicitation; Requirement prioritization; Functional documentation (BRD, FRD); Process documentation (AsIs / ToBe).
- Navigate complex enterprise systems and data landscapes, assess business materiality, identify data gaps,



and apply assumptions to drive actionable business outcomes.
- Execute functional testing, UAT, and endtoend integration testing to ensure business requirements are met.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems; define and implement data validation and data cleansing rules.
- Collaborate with data and technology teams to support enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts.
- Optimize data processing, interpretation, and analysis to support informed decisionmaking.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Present insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior management and stakeholders, across both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Skills

Must have

- Previous experience of working as a BA in IT Industry, with a minimum of 6 years.
- Strong domain knowledge in Credit Risk, Treasury, Capital Markets, and Securitization.
- Handson understanding of risk models (PD, LGD, EAD) and regulatory frameworks.
- Good knowledge of Basel III, IFRS9, and securitization regulations.
- Proven experience in business analysis and functional consulting roles.
- Strong experience working with large, complex datasets and enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with testing methodologies (functional, UAT, integration).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
