- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot IML (In-Mould Labeling) Robots used in injection moulding machines.
- Ensure smooth functioning of robotic automation systems during production.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IML robots and automation equipment.
- Attend machine breakdowns related to automation systems and minimize production downtime.
- Carry out basic maintenance of injection moulding machines and peripheral equipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Maintenance, and Quality teams for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor robot performance and identify opportunities to improve cycle time and machine efficiency.
- Ensure proper calibration, settings, and synchronization between robots and moulding machines.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown history, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Follow safety standards and maintain 5S practices in the automation area.
Preferred candidate profile
- 38 years of experience in Automation/Maintenance within Injection Moulding or Rigid Plastic Packaging Industry.
- Hands-on experience in IML Robot operation, machine maintenance and troubleshooting is mandatory.
- Knowledge of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment will be preferred.
