Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to manage corporate travel bookings and provide excellent customer support. The candidate should have strong knowledge of travel policies and travel industry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and confirm domestic and international travel reservations
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide suitable travel options
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations such as passports, visas, DOT, and TSA requirements
- Provide information on fares, ticket changes, cancellations, and penalties




- Handle travel requests as per client travel policies
- Maintain valuable communication with clients and support process improvements
- Stay updated with travel industry policies and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience as a Travel Agent / Corporate Travel Consultant
- knowledge of GDS Tools (Will train)
- Good understanding of travel industry policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
