Analyze business processes and customer requirements to translate them into effective cplace solutions. Configure and customize cplace applications using visual tools such as cplace Studio and other lowcode/nocode features. Create dashboards, views, and workflows tailored to specific business use cases and reporting needs. Model and configure data structures, workflows, page layouts, views, and permission schemes within the cplace setting. Perform testing and quality assurance, ensuring configurations function correctly and supporting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process. Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution within the configuration layer.Collaborate with IT teams and Full Stack Developers to ensure technical feasibility, solution alignment, and seamless integration where needed. Maintain and continuously improve existing cplace configurations, ensuring they remain optimized and aligned with evolving business needs.
