Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on ASP.NET Development to lead technical delivery, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality solutions across projects. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Product Managers, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, and foster innovation within the team.

What will you do Technical Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
- Own end-to-end design and development of complex applications using .NET technologies.
- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architectural principles.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.

Solution Delivery
- Prepare detailed technical specifications based on business requirements.
- Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code using OOP principles.
- Oversee deployment and integration of applications on client environments.
- Collaborate with QA, Project Management, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery.

Database & Performance
- Design and optimize PL/SQL code (Stored Procedures,



Packages, Functions).
- Perform database performance tuning and ensure efficient data access.

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

What skills required

Deep knowledge of ASP&NET; 4.5/4.7, C#, and .NET Core. Strong understanding of Web Methods, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, and jQuery. Hands-on experience with ADO.NET, Entity Framework, WCF, Web API, and Web Services. Proficiency in Oracle 12c and PL/SQL development. Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns. Experience with version control tools (SVN/Git).

Leadership

Proven experience in leading development teams and managing technical delivery. Ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
