- Strong experience in Windows 10 / Windows 11 platforms
- Deep understanding of Windows OS internals (Process, Memory, I/O management)
- Strong experience in Win32 programming, WMI, and PowerShell scripting
- Solid understanding of Windows networking stack and security
- Experience in Windows performance analysis, profiling, and tuning
- Hands-on experience with Windows service architecture and management
- Knowledge of PCI devices, firmware, BIOS, and UEFI boot processes
- Strong expertise in multi-threading, concurrency, and system-level design
- Proven experience in designing and owning complex modules independently
- Strong architecture and design skills with ability to drive technical solutions
- Experience in device driver development (added advantage)
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong code review skills and ability to simplify complex technical problems
- Ability to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation
