Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Maintain quality standards, response time, and productivity metrics.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate/Undergraduate (as per company policy).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Positive typing speed and computer proficiency.




- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Strong written communication and grammar.
- Customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
