Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the overall site execution of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Supervise a team of workers on-site, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., engineering, procurement) to resolve technical issues and optimize project workflow.
Job Requirements :
- 4-5 years' experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems installation, maintenance, repair & operations.
- Excellent site execution skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
