Preferred candidate profile :

- Python
- Python Backend Frameworks (FastAPI, Flask)
- Cloud: at least one of Azure/ AWS/ GCP
- Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernal, ADK)
- Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini models
- Experience building multi-agentic workflows
- Vector search, Vector databases
- RAG, Agentic RAG, Multimodal RAG, TextToSQL, Document parsing, Translation, Summarization
- LLM Evaluation, LLM-as-judge, RAGAS, statistical measures
- NLP Fundamentals: Understanding of transformers, GPT models
- Agentic protocols: MCP, A2A
