IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who:

Is currently working as a OpenAir- NetSuite Admin

4+ Years of Experience in Open Air- NetSuite

Maintaining, configuring, and optimizing OpenAir and NetSuite environments to align with

business needs,



including managing user roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, reports,

and dashboards

Serving as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to both platforms,

resolving system issues, and escalating tickets as needed

Monitoring system performance, ensuring uptime and stability, and identifying opportunities to improve

system processes through automation or configuration updates

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and configure NetSuite to meet their needs.

Will be responsible for participating in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting process flows and specifications.

Lead/Support all solution activities including testing, verification, and cutover activities.

Documentation of requirement, Process and User Documentation Design business process and application configuration for application based on industry best practices.

Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations
