Purpose of the Job:

The purpose of the job role is to assist in the management of the organization s indirect tax compliance and advisory activities. The role involves providing guidance and advice to clients on best practices for managing their GST Return Filing. This includes managing GST compliance, prepare and file GST returns, reconcile GST data, and ensure adherence to applicable tax regulations.

Work Responsibility:

-Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).




-Reconcile purchase, sales, and GST records with books of accounts. Verify input tax credit (ITC) claims and resolve discrepancies.
-Maintain GST-related documentation and records. Coordinate with internal departments and clients for GST compliance requirements.
-Monitor changes in GST laws and ensure compliance with updated regulations

Technical / Functional / Soft Skills Required:

-Proficient in Excel and Tally to effectively manage and analyze client data.
-Bachelor s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Knowledge of GST laws, rules, and return filing procedures.
-Experience with accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Solid analytical and reconciliation skills
