We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the Group Retirement & Protection Department within Axis Max Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving distribution of retirement products through strategic partnerships with corporates.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement business planning strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and distributors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements
