Job Locations: Namakkal, Perambalur, Pudukkottai, Kallakurichi, Mayiladuthurai, Thiruvallur, Virudhunagar, Thiruvarur,Sivaganga,Thanjavur

Position: Branch Sales Manager Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 26 Years in Home Loan / LAP Products

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) business through various channels.
- Develop and expand DSA, connector, broker, and real estate agent networks.
- Acquire new customers and maintain solid business relationships.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Branch teams for faster loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure smooth documentation and improved TAT.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Participate in sales campaigns and business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
