Experience: 13+ years

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Mining Academy initiatives and technical capability programs
• Design curriculum, e-learning modules, and competency frameworks
• Collaborate with mining leaders, academia, OEMs, and learning partners
• Drive training effectiveness, assessments, MIS, and learning analytics
• Manage online/offline learning interventions and exposure programs
• Support technical talent development and succession capability building

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong operational exposure in Mining
Experience in training, technical learning, or skill development
Stakeholder management and program execution expertise
Passion for capability building and technical excellence
