Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials and studies.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of clinical trial data and results.
- Conduct site visits and monitor clinical trials to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical trial data to identify trends and patterns.
- Prepare and present reports and findings to stakeholders, including sponsors and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with study participants, investigators, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, pharmacy,



or medicine.
- Proven experience in clinical research and development, with a focus on clinical trials and study management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials and research.
