- Expertise in Workday, Workday Recruit, and Workday Report Builder with solid attention to detail is required.

- Strong problem-solving
skills; ability to analyze complex data patterns.
- Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic insights for non-technical audiences.
