We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Team Lead Quality to oversee our quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring audits, identifying error trends, and maintaining high standards of reporting and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Audit Management: Oversee and monitor daily quality audits and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and track error trends to develop and implement effective improvement plans.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to operational guidelines and maintain accurate daily/weekly reporting.
- Escalation Handling:
Manage first-level escalations by conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
- Client Communication: Lead daily client calls and handle data clarifications to ensure seamless service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a Quality or Audit-focused role.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work in all shifts (flexible schedule required).
- Analytical Skills: Solid ability to perform RCA and translate data into actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing
