Job Title : Senior Manager / Manager International Sales (USA)

Job Location : Preferred at Sonipat or second preference at Gurugram.

Job Timings : US Shift

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development USA & Canada

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence across the USA and Canada.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers, including importers, distributors, retailers, private label brands, food manufacturers, and strategic partners.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, B2B platforms, trade shows, industry networks, and market research.
- Drive sales growth in terms of revenue, volume, market penetration, and profitability.
- Explore new product categories, distribution channels, and market opportunities.

2. Key Account Management & Customer Relationships

- Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted business partner.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company's product portfolio.

3. Commercial Sales & Contract Management

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and enquiry management through negotiation, contract finalization, order confirmation, and delivery.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, pricing strategies, and business presentations.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, contracts, payment terms,



and annual business agreements.
- Ensure profitable conversion of opportunities into confirmed business while achieving margin objectives.

4. Order Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Oversee end-to-end execution of customer orders from booking through successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Packaging, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Documentation, and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor order progress, proactively resolve supply chain challenges, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Act as the primary customer interface throughout the order lifecycle.

5. Export Compliance & Documentation

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely preparation of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, certificates of origin, organic certifications, USDA NOP/FDA documentation, and other statutory documents as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, international trade regulations, and country-specific import standards.

6. Market Intelligence & Business Planning

- Continuously monitor market trends, pricing movements, competitor activities, consumer preferences,



and regulatory developments across the USA and Canada.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend recent product development, packaging improvements, and portfolio expansion opportunities.
- Support annual sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

7. Sales Reporting & CRM Management

- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, and forecasting using ERP/CRM platforms.
- Prepare MIS reports covering sales performance, order status, forecasts, customer profitability, and business pipeline.
- Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve forecasting accuracy.

8. Performance & Business Growth

- Deliver assigned revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Expand market share by acquiring new customers while strengthening existing business relationships.
- Drive customer retention through proactive engagement, consistent communication, and superior service.
- Contribute to the overall international business strategy by identifying sustainable growth opportunities in the North American market.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or International Business preferred.
- 5 -10 years of experience in International Sales, preferably handling the US market.
- Experience in Organic Rice/Pulses/ Oilseeds, Food & Beverage, FMCG, Agri Commodities, or related export businesses will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, international trade, and commercial negotiations.
