Job Summary

Mythri Builders is looking for an experienced and energetic Project Manager to lead and manage residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of experience in the real estate industry with mandatory hands-on experience in Mivan Technology. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering high-rise residential projects within the approved timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of residential construction projects from planning to project handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead and supervise site engineers and project teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Review BOQs, project budgets, billing, and cost control measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of Mivan Technology during construction.




- Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for timely availability of materials and resources.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and local authority requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and present updates to management.
- Resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure smooth project completion and timely handover to the customer.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in managing high-rise residential construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan Technology is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, RCC works, finishing works, and project execution.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Experience in contractor management and resource planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ERP Software (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in residential real estate construction.
- Mandatory experience in executing projects using Mivan Technology.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
