Role Overview:

We are looking for 3 Veeva Vault RIM Configuration resources to support a global life sciences client.

These resources will work closely with the clients configuration team and support ongoing implementation, enhancements, and stabilization activities.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• •

Solid Veeva Vault RIM configuration experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in configuring Veeva RIM Vault

• Ability to handle config changes + enhancements





• Experience in support + hypercare

• Knowledge of:

o Change management processes

o Documentation standards

o Ticket analysis (L2/L3)

• Capability to drive complex custom config requests

• Root cause identification and resolution of configuration issues

• Capability of interacting with client stakeholders

• Optional: awareness of SDK integrations
