- Manage BIM models from design phase to construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM data into project workflows.
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM execution plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial projects.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on BIM software applications.
Job Requirements :
- 9-13 years of experience in hotel construction or related field with expertise in BIM technology.
- Robust understanding of commercials projects' unique requirements and challenges.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conceptualization to completion.
