OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

We are looking for a Specialist / Senior Specialist to join the Global Learning & Development team in India as a hands-on builder of AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, and agent-based experiences that transform how learning is designed, delivered, measured, and improved. The ideal candidate brings practical experience designing and deploying AI agents, AI-enabled applications, and Power Platform solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Dataflows, and Power BI. While strong data and reporting capabilities are important, the primary focus of this role is applying AI and automation to solve business problems, improve productivity, and scale the impact of a global learning function.

The successful candidate will operate as an end-to-end solution builder, owning solution design, agent development, automation implementation, reporting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and continuous optimization.

Must to have skills:

1. AI, GenAI, Agents & Intelligent Automation - Primary capability. Candidates must show hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions, agents, and automations. (60-65%)

2. Data, Analytics & Reporting - Important supporting capability. Candidates should be able to build reliable dashboards, data models, and reporting assets. (30-35%)

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery - Essential for translating requirements into scalable learning operations solutions. (5-10%)

Role & responsibilities

AI, Copilot & Agent Development Primary Responsibility

Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for L&D; use cases, including learner support, instructor enablement, content authoring support, knowledge navigation, and feedback synthesis.

Develop AI-enabled solutions using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, and relevant Microsoft AI services.

Apply LLMs thoughtfully to real business problems, choosing the right approach based on use case complexity, risk, scalability, and maintainability.

Use prompt engineering and context engineering techniques to improve response quality, reliability, and usability of AI-enabled solutions. Evaluate, test, refine, and document AI outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, quality, governance alignment, and business usefulness.



Use Copilot agents and AI-assisted development patterns to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and user experience.

Intelligent Automation & Power Platform Delivery

Build automated workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataflows, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft technologies. Streamline core L&D; processes such as enrollment and registration, approvals, learner communications, completions tracking, certifications, and post-program feedback.

Evaluate low-code, no-code, and code-first approaches and select the solution pattern that best supports scale, maintainability, and business adoption.

Create reusable automation components, templates, and process assets that improve consistency and efficiency across the learning function.

Data, Reporting & Learning Insights

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide L&D; and business stakeholders with clear visibility into program performance, enrollment, completion, engagement, certification, and learner feedback data.

Design and maintain data pipelines, data models, and integrations connecting learning, HR, survey, and operational systems.

Translate stakeholder questions into clean, reliable, decision-ready data products and dashboards.

Maintain data documentation, refresh cadence, quality checks, and governance practices that keep dashboards and automations trustworthy.

Collaboration, Delivery & Continuous Improvement

Partner with L&D; colleagues, business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology partners to identify high value AI, analytics, and automation opportunities.

Operate as an independent contributor who can take requirements from discovery to solution design, build, testing, deployment, documentation, and sustainment.

Communicate clearly across cultures and time zones, ask solid clarifying questions, proactively flag risks, and maintain delivery discipline.

Mandatory AI & GenAI Experience

Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-enabled business solutions, preferably using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar agent-building platforms.

Working knowledge of Large Language Models and how to get useful, reliable behavior from them in enterprise use cases.

Practical experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, AI output evaluation, and iterative improvement of AI solutions.

Ability to explain how AI can be applied to business workflows and where AI may not be the right solution.

Strong judgment in evaluating AI-generated outputs and distinguishing useful, accurate outputs from plausible but unreliable ones.

2. Mandatory Power Platform & Automation Experience

Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Dataflows.

Ability to design repeatable, maintainable workflows rather than one-off fixes.

Understanding of when to use low-code versus code-based approaches for automation and solution development.

3. Required Data & Analytics Experience

Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including Power BI dashboard development.

Working knowledge of data modeling concepts such as star schemas, normalization, and scalable reporting foundations.

Ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions.

Comfort maintaining data quality, documentation, refresh cadence, and governance for reporting assets.

Experience & Education

Approximately 5-7 years of work experience, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in AI, analytics, automation, or technology-enabled transformation.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in technology, analytics, engineering, learning technology, or a related field.

PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE

Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), applied LLM patterns, and enterprise AI design considerations.

Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, or custom connectors.

Comfort with Python and SQL for analytics, automation, or AI development.

Relevant Microsoft certifications such as AI-102, PL-300, or Power Platform certifications.

Exposure to learning, HR, or survey platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, Qualtrics, or Learning Experience Platforms.
