Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced *Senior Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Practice Lead* with strong expertise in *Salesforce Service Cloud* to lead enterprise implementations, define solution architecture, and drive Salesforce practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design.
* Architect and deliver large-scale *Salesforce Service Cloud* implementations.
* Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions.
* Lead technical teams, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor developers and architects.
* Define Salesforce best practices, governance, and development standards.
* Drive pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and technical proposals.
* Design integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (preferred MuleSoft).
* Ensure security, scalability, and performance across Salesforce implementations.
Required Skills
* 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in Salesforce.
* Strong hands-on expertise in *Salesforce Service Cloud* (mandatory).
* Experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
* Solid knowledge of Apex,
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, APIs, and Integration Patterns.
* Experience in enterprise solution architecture and multi-cloud implementations.
* Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
* Experience leading Salesforce implementation teams.
