Alphatech Solutions is a Kolkata-based engineering company specialising in Industrial Automation Systems serving factories and Industries. We are expanding our Admin team and are seeking a qualified candidate for this role to support our growth and success.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a full time, on-site team member for our office at Mani Casadona, New Town, Kolkata. The team member will assist with day-to-day office operations, maintain financial records, prepare basic reports, and support financial data management. The role will also involve helping with tax compliance documentation, administrative tasks, supporting HR-related, Project Coordination, Promotional & Onboarding activities, Vendor handling activities etc as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain financial records and ensure they are up to date.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS, GST,



etc.).
Support HR tasks, such as payroll processing and leave management.
Handle office administrative duties, promotional activities and revenue related followups
Project coordination
Document management etc.
Vendor handling activities.

QUALIFICATION
Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Taxation, and Budgeting.
Experience with financial software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel).
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
Robust ability to understand instructions and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience (0-3 years) in a similar role is preferred
