Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update course curriculum, Self-Learning Materials (SLMs), e-content, and learning resources.
Coordinate course delivery through the Learning Management System (LMS).
Conduct live online/offline classes for B.Com and M.Com students.
Design and evaluate assessments and examinations.
Moderate discussion forums and mentor learners.
Collaborate with Course Mentors and faculty members for effective course delivery.
Ensure academic quality, originality,



and compliance with UGC ODL and Online Regulations.
Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and departmental initiatives in line with NEP 2020.
Eligibility (As per UGC Norms):
Assistant Professor qualification in the relevant discipline as per UGC norms, along with any one of the following:
Postgraduate degree(MCom) with at least 55% marks and a Ph.D.,
Preferred Experience:
Experience in teaching, curriculum development, or content creation in an Online/ODL workplace.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital assessment tools.
