We're looking for passionate individuals who enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems, and helping people plan their perfect getaway.
What You'll Do
Handle customer enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Website.
Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable villas and homestays.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Guide guests throughout the reservation process.
Coordinate with property owners and the operations team.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Follow up with pending leads and quotations.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Upsell premium properties and additional services whenever appropriate.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and professional phone etiquette.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1+ year of experience in Hospitality, Travel, Reservations, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
