Job Description - Motion Designer & Video Content Creator :
Create motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns
Edit short-form videos for social media platforms
Animate static creatives into GIFs and motion assets
Create reels, promotional videos and product explainers
Add typography, transitions, sound design and visual effects where appropriate
Adapt videos into multiple aspect ratios and platform formats




Maintain brand consistency across all video content
Collaborate with the creative team from concept to execution

Educational Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, Film, Graphic Design or related disciplines

Skills Required:
Robust proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong understanding of animation principles
Good sense of pacing, storytelling and video editing
Working knowledge of voiceover integration, audio synchronisation, background music and basic audio mixing
Working knowledge of AI tools for video generation and image creation
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to emerging AI-powered creative tools and workflows

Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience
