Role Description
You will own the top of the funnel. Your job is to find the right people, start the right conversations, and book qualified meetings — with people who can actually make decisions.

Identify and research prospects matching our ICP
Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Book qualified meetings with decision maker (CTO, IT Head, CFO)
Log every touch, every response, every outcome same day, every day
Follow up systematically as many times as it takes with the right message
Assist BDM on discovery calls and proposal preparation
Build and maintain prospect lists from fresh data sources

Qualifications
1-3 years in outbound B2B IT services sales




Has reached decision maker level — CTO, IT Head, or Business Owner
Microsoft ecosystem familiarity — M365, Azure, or managed services preferred
CRM discipline — you log everything, same day
Comfortable on the phone — not just email and LinkedIn
Organised and consistent
