Role Snapshot
Strategic Finance : Lead project finance for Power, Solar, Wind, BESS & infra projects; & M&A.;
Governance & Planning : Build financial models, forecasts, MIS, and board presentations; ensure corporate governance excellence.
Treasury & Taxation : Oversee cash flow, hedging, forex, taxation (GST, Income Tax, FEMA, RBI compliance), audits & payroll.
Risk & Controls : Implement IFC, SOPs, SAP/ERP digitization, covenant compliance, and project risk assessments.
Leadership : Mentor 15+ finance professionals; foster collaboration across BD, Legal, Procurement & Operations.




Candidate Profile
CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA; LLB preferred.
15–25 yrs in Renewable Energy / Infra / EPC.
Proven track record in large‑scale, and governance.
Robust expertise in treasury, taxation, project finance, and SAP digitization.
High integrity, transparency, and governance orientation.
