- 5+ Years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Learn Management.
- Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the best business practices and impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud LMS as a solution.
- Configure Oracle LMS - Learning & assessments, learning evaluations, access restriction of courses, TNI process, sequencing of courses and specialization.
- Experience in integration with Linked in & virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams etc.)
- Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live
- Supporting data migration activities
- Assist the integration team to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
- Ability to create functional design documents




- Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud LMS updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, recommend and implement system improvements.
