Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our client network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities for the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience; experience in the interior design, architecture, or real estate industry will be preferred.
