Job Title: Accounts Executive

Schedule: Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.

- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.

- Handle accounting processes and tasks (i.e., AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.).

- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.

- Support forecasting and budgeting exercises as per corporate guidelines.

- Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.

- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements (GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.

- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

- Prepare accounts in IFRS.

- Prepare the income tax computations and GST filing data.

Requirements:

- Fully qualified CA/CMA





- CA Inter/CMA Inter

- Excellent spoken/written communication skills and fluency in English

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- A strong knowledge base with a willingness to learn

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nashik, Nashik - 422010, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Salary will be dependent on the level of experience and the qualification. Salary range could vary from INR 30,000 – INR 50,000 for suitable experienced candidates.

This will be a full-time on-site office job from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. – 5 days a week and Saturday will be working depending on the quantum of work during peak periods.
