About the Role

We're looking for two highly curious Gen Z interns who genuinely love consuming content.

If you're someone who spends hours watching YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, podcasts, documentaries, creators, or trending internet content—and you're always sending interesting videos to your friends—this role is for you.

Your mission is straightforward:

Consume content. Spot trends. Find patterns. Bring fresh perspectives.

You'll work closely with our creative team to help shape the next generation of YouTube Shorts.

What You'll Do

- Consume content across YouTube, Instagram, podcasts, documentaries, films, and creator channels.
- Stay updated with internet culture, trends, memes, and viral content formats.
- Discover unique stories, ideas, hooks, and perspectives that can inspire YouTube Shorts.
- Research trending topics across business, history, psychology, AI,



entertainment, sports, geopolitics, and pop culture.
- Brainstorm daily with another Content Research Intern and present ideas to the creative team.
- Observe why certain content performs well and identify patterns that drive audience engagement.
- Help the team continuously improve the quality and originality of our Shorts.
