Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional who can coordinate office operations while preparing AutoCAD drawings for customer projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and technical skills to support our sales, production, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings based on site measurements and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Site teams for project execution.
- Prepare estimates and material requirements from approved drawings.
- Maintain project files, technical drawings, and office documentation.
- Handle customer enquiries, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Schedule meetings and coordinate internal communications.
- Update project records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Assist management with administrative and office coordination tasks.

Requirements





- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the UPVC, Aluminium, Glass, Interior, or Construction industry is an added advantage.
