About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing impactful campaigns, managing brand communication, and driving audience engagement while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity and voice across all digital channels.
- Write compelling captions, campaign copies, and creative content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Plan and coordinate product, lifestyle, and brand shoots with internal teams.
- Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends, and identify new content opportunities.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights, and optimise strategies using key performance metrics.




- Develop high-quality LinkedIn content to enhance brand visibility, employer branding, and thought leadership.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools for image editing, video enhancement, content ideation, and workflow optimisation.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators while negotiating deliverables and commercial terms.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Brand Management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of competitor research, market analysis.
- Understanding of product management and campaign execution.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
