Position : WELDER

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Welder to join our growing team at P S Rolls Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be proficient in multiple welding techniques and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

​Key Responsibilities

​Perform high-quality welds using SAW (Submerged Arc Welding), MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding), and Arc (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) processes.

- ​Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure precise assembly.
- ​Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding, or cutting as necessary for optimal weld penetration.
- ​Maintain welding equipment and tools in positive working order to ensure operational efficiency.
- ​Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.




- ​Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Requirements:

- ​Proven experience as a professional welder.
- ​Expertise in the following welding methods:

​- SAW Welding

-​MIG Welding

​-Arc Welding

- ​Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an industrial environment.
- ​Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
