Plant Incharge – Sulphur Crop Care Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for an experienced Plant Incharge to manage day-to-day operations of our Sulphur 80 WDG manufacturing plant at Panoli, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of spray dryer, bead mills, reactors, thermic fluid boiler, and associated utilities.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor plant safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
- Manage production and maintenance manpower.
- Maintain production and maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Stores, and Management for smooth plant operations.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- Experience in pesticide, agrochemical, chemical, or process manufacturing plants.
- Knowledge of production planning, maintenance coordination, and plant safety.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.

Location: Panoli, Gujarat

Experience: 3–6+ years in chemical/agrochemical manufacturing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
