Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and market-focused Product Selection Executive to identify, evaluate, and select products that align with customer demand and business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of garment trends, product quality, pricing, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify trending products based on market demand.
- Select suitable garments and fashion products for the business.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and buying teams.
- Evaluate product quality, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Compare vendor quotations and recommend the best product options.
- Maintain product catalogues and update product information.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and timely delivery.




- Work closely with inventory and sales teams to optimize product assortment.
- Prepare product reports and maintain selection records.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of garments, textiles, and fashion products.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to identify market trends and customer preferences.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple product categories and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Fashion Technology, Textile Technology, Apparel Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 1–6 years of experience in product selection, merchandising, buying, sourcing, or the garment industry.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Experience in the garment, textile, or fashion retail industry is an added advantage.
