Job Summary:

We are looking for anMarketing & Advertisement Manager to join in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand & Campaign Management
- Plan & execute 360° marketing campaigns: EOSS, Diwali, Pongal, New Store Launch- Handle ATL: Hoardings, Newspaper, Radio, TV + BTL: Pamphlets, In-store branding, Events & other relevant social media platforms.- Drive Digital: Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing, Instagram, YouTube shorts- Manage brand positioning, pricing offers & ensure consistent brand communication
- Advertising & Media Buying Plan monthly media budget and negotiate with Agencies, Printers, Media vendors- Design & approve creatives with Graphic team, Agency: Ads, banners, standees, catalogs- Track ROI of each campaign. Optimize spend based on footfall & sales data- Coordinate Store opening, Roadshows, Mela, Exhibition activities
- Customer & Sales Support Run loyalty programs,



membership drives & CRM campaigns- Work with Purchase & Sales teams for category promotions & margin offers- Analyze competitor activity and market trends in Erode/Salem/Coimbatore & other branches whenever required.- Generate Marketing MIS Reports : Campaign Cost, Footfall, Conversion, Sales lift- Lead in-house design team + External Ad agencies- Manage social media pages, website updates & influencer collaborations- Handle PR, Press releases & tie-ups with local Influencers/Celebrities

Education / Qualification:

- Team & Vendor Coordination
- Experience: 4-7 years in marketing, with 2+ years in retail preferred
- Education: Any Graduate. MBA - Marketing / BMM / Mass Communication preferred
- Skills:
- Campaign planning, media buying, budget handling
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva/Photoshop basics
- Oraganizing event managements.
- Knowledge in excel , MIS reporting & analytics is preferable.
- Excel, MIS reporting, analytics
- Language: Tamil + English is mandatory , sound knowledge in tamil is required.
- Traits: Creative, data-driven, deadline oriented, positive communication
