JK Electric Contractor LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate ongoing RRVPN (Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam) projects from the Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for project monitoring, client coordination, documentation management, progress tracking, and ensuring smooth communication between site teams, management, and RRVPN authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor RRVPN Transmission Line and Grid Substation (GSS) projects.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Liaise with RRVPN officials, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, DPRs, MOMs, and correspondence.
- Follow up with site teams regarding project status, material requirements, and execution progress.
- Ensure timely submission of project-related documents, approvals, and reports.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance,



and Engineering teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules and highlight delays or bottlenecks to management.
- Assist in contract management, billing follow-ups, and project closure activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Support management in project planning and resource allocation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RRVPN, Transmission Line, GSS, or Power Sector Projects.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and project documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of EPC project execution processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
