We are looking for a skilled & experienced Dispatch Supervisor who can efficiently manage dispatch operations, logistics coordination, vehicle planning, inventory tracking & heavy material movement with strong operational control and leadership.

Location: Sarkhej & Sari-Bavla
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 CTC
Work Mode: WFO (Office & Yard Supervision)
Department: Dispatch & Logistics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Dispatch Planning & Vehicle Coordination
✔ Heavy Material Dispatch Management
✔ Inventory Tracking & Material Flow Control
✔ Loading / Unloading Supervision
✔ Route Coordination & Logistics Scheduling
✔ Challan, E-Way Bill, Invoice & GRN Documentation
✔ Yard Supervision & Team Coordination
✔ Dispatch Compliance & Safety Monitoring

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS
Logistics Scheduling & Vehicle Planning




Stock Monitoring & Dispatch Coordination
Material Handling & Yard Operations
ERP / Dispatch Software Knowledge
Documentation & Reporting Skills
Team Coordination & Problem Solving
Communication & Operational Planning

QUALIFICATION
✔ Graduate in Any Stream (B.Com / B.A. / B.Sc.)
✔ Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Material Management Preferred
✔ Basic Knowledge of Dispatch Software & Inventory Tracking

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
✔ 3 to 5 Years in Dispatch, Warehouse, Yard Supervision or Logistics Operations
✔ Experience in Stone, Marble, Granite, Construction Material or Heavy Material Industry Preferred
