Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, calling, data management, and client coordination. The candidate will play a key role in identifying suitable talent and ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and conduct initial telephonic screenings.




- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment and daily reports.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Manage recruitment data and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in making calls and interacting with candidates and clients.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. (preferred).
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 12th Pass

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
